We realize that families have many options when trying to find a new nanny. However, there are numerous benefits in using one of the nanny agencies. At the New York Nanny Center, we extensively screen our nannies. We receive many applications and choose to place only those of the highest quality. Our focus is on finding people with excellent child care experience who are emotionally healthy people. All of our nannies fill out an extensive application which includes questions about their experience and family background, and all candidates are extensively interviewed. All applications are reviewed by a certified social worker. References are checked by phone to ensure that all candidates we send you are qualified. We will only refer candidates to your family that have appropriate experience and meet the qualifications that you have set forth. We also provide support to both you and your nanny throughout her stay. If either you or she has questions, we are always available.
