Happy Valentine’s Day!

Me and my 5 special loves

Filling five boxes with equal amounts of goodies takes some thought and organization. My husband makes fun of me saying “How long are you going to do this? The kids are going to be fifty and you’ll still be sending them stuff.” I assured him that when grandchildren come along things will change, remembering the treat boxes that came from my grandmother when I was at college. I would so look forward to her surprises which usually included food and a few bucks. Back in college a few bucks was like gold! It’s a fun tradition for me to do and I know my adult kids look forward to their treats. Everyone enjoys snail mail! My grandmother made me feel special and I hope my kids know how special they really are to me.
