@Mindy, It is crazy how sick one can get from kids, I should know. Please feel free to share this article with any friends with young children as I feel it is important that we all model for children how to stay healthy.

@Anastasia, I hope your litter one is feeling better than she was last week. I can only imagine the panic and fear that a parent has a young one become so ill. And I agree the post is focused on prevention not what to do when one is sick. Maybe that will be my next post! Thank you for the idea.

My son was really sick a couple years ago with RSV, a virus that’s incredibly contagious. Before that I was fairly lax about protecting myself from sickness. I’m way, way better now.
